We are growing our capabilities and are now looking for a ULM (Unified Log Management) & SIEM DevOps Engineer focused on the Elastic platform to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Elastic Stack clusters (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Elastic Agent) across OpenShift, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure environments.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient logging and SIEM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage platform availability, performance, and scalability, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
- Handle patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Elastic components and related tools.
- Define and maintain technical guidelines, standards, and strategies for Elastic platform usage.
- Provide pre-sales support by guiding customers on platform capabilities and integration options.
- Work closely with Security Operations teams to enable efficient log onboarding, detection engineering, and response workflows.
- Document, test, and maintain platform configurations and automation pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Elastic Stack (7.x/8.x), including architecture design, performance tuning, and multi-tenant environments.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP).
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and independently driving platform improvements.
- Proactive in documenting, sharing knowledge, and contributing to internal best practices.
- Curious mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
