As a Development Process Engineer, you will
- Support the improvement of our development processes, the central oversight and automated status tracking and process related tool support.
- You will evaluate, implement and operate tools and controls to ensure compliant execution of development processes (e.g. e.g. Program Monitor & Dashboards, Quality KPI dashboards, Product Standard Management, Test Management & Automation…)
- Collaborate with projects throughout the project execution, to ensure process deliverables are available in time and in quality, in an efficient manner.
- Support the continuous improvement of SAP Fioneer’s product development processes, tools and controls.
You will be working in the Engineering Excellence department of Fioneer’s CTO Organization, to ensure that Fioneer’s products meet the highest quality standards and continuously exceed our customer’s expectations.
Requirements (must-haves/nice-to-have)
- 5+ years of experience in working with different development tools e.g. JIRA / XRay, GitHub, Test Automation Tools
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office tools & automation, including reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams in an international environment
- Strong drive to understand processes, identify optimization potential together with stakeholders, design solution proposals and implement the solution E2E.
- C2 level English proficiency is critical.
