We are looking for a talented Development Engineer 3, RMQ based in Manesar, Gurgaon who will:

Operation on Electroplating Line and Lab scale equipment

Conduct Chemical / Materials / Physical Analysis in Lab
-
Interpretation and analysis of reports to bring out effective information for Project
-
Project planning as well as follow-up and control of execution through electroplating experiments
-
Develop and testing of process chemistry in pilot scale, determine process parameters, analyze, document and report the results
-
Effective communication with Global Counterparts for Project updates and plans
-
Maintain and promote safety culture
-
Creation of documents, regulations and reports following ISO norms
-
Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
-
Work with SAP systems for Work hour recordings, Material Procurement and Inventory management
-
Inter-Departmental coordination
-
Cross functional working and adaptability for change
-
Execute task in the 5S/4R program and, abide HSE rules
-
Keep strict confidentiality of projects/process information
-
Strictly abide Atotech compliance policy
Qualifications / professional experience
-
Educational qualification: Degree in chemical engineering or equivalent (Btech/Mtech/MSc)
-
Experience (Years): 3+year(with M.Tech/M,SC) and 5+(with B.Tech)experience in electroplating or handling Chemicals or Paints Industry. Relevant experience in electroplating would be an added advantage.

Special knowledge: Chemist competency with Analytical & Electrochemistry data Interpretation, Project management /communication skills/ Adaptability

Interpersonal qualities: Analytical thinking, Creative & Structured, Ability to work in a team – Local as well as Global Teams
- Communication skills: Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

IT related skills: Software knowledge e.g., JMP, electronic lab notebook (ELN), visualization tools such as TIBCO or Power BI and other data analytics tools would be an added advantage
