Speridian Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow Developer responsible for implementing the ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules for a client project. This is a one year contract opportunity with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows and integrations.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules to meet client requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Develop scripts, UI policies, and automation workflows.
- Implement ServiceNow core components, including Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
- Enable email notifications and integration with third-party tools.
- Develop automated deployment mechanisms.
- Support system testing (ST), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation (PIV) testing.
- Conduct technical user training for the completed ServiceNow deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer for ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM required.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
