About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer and Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will combine both development and analytical expertise to design, build, and implement software solutions while analyzing and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between technical development and business analysis, helping to create systems that solve complex problems and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and systems that meet business requirements.
• Develop both front-end and back-end components, ensuring the seamless operation of business applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using the appropriate development tools and languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Develop APIs and services to integrate different applications and systems.
• Work with databases to design data models, write SQL queries, and manage data for software applications.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and processes.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Analyze business problems and suggest innovative solutions that can be implemented through software development.
• Work with teams to prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design technical solutions based on business needs, ensuring that the architecture is scalable and efficient.
• Develop detailed design documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts, to communicate how the solution will be implemented.
• Work with architects and senior developers to ensure that the solution adheres to best practices and is built with future scalability in mind.

System Integration and Data Management

• Integrate various applications and systems through API development and other integration methods.
• Analyze and process large datasets, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with business needs and supports analytical capabilities.
• Develop scripts and processes to automate data flow and synchronization between systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality and performance of the developed solution.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring systems perform efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) teams to ensure the quality and stability of applications.

Reporting and Documentation

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
• Provide detailed documentation for both technical and business users, including system design, application code, and workflow processes.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of development projects and the status of ongoing business process improvements.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the latest development trends, programming languages, tools, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, helping to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency.
• Suggest enhancements to existing systems based on feedback from users and business teams.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in both software development and business analysis.
• Strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with database management and data analytics.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience in application integration using APIs and services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
• Familiarity with frameworks and development tools such as Angular, React, .NET, Spring, or Django.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and offer solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications (preferred):
