Meet the team:

The Desktop Support Team is composed of highly skilled specialists dedicated to ensuring technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise. Each member brings a unique set of skills and a passion for solving technical challenges. From hardware imaging and updates to troubleshooting issues & software installations, our team is here to provide prompt and reliable support. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical levels. Our goal is to keep the Dexcom workforce running seamlessly, so they can focus on their core responsibilities. Whether they are facing a minor glitch or a major technical hurdle, you can count on us to be there every step of the way.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension.

  • Your expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Your proficiency in resolving complex technical issues.

  • You can deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices.

  • Your proficiency in incident management, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.

  • Your solid understanding of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.

  • Your working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.

  • You have certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,096.67 to €2,466.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
