About the job: The Desktop Image Support Specialist is a supportive role that performs routine imaging tasks to prepare workstations for deployment to client locations. This role works out of the Santa Barbara, CA office. Note, this is not a telecommute/work from home position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Able to document and demonstrate processes
- Able to work independently and meet MAC deadlines
- Learn how to image workstations and laptops to client specifications
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:
- Some background working with computer systems in an IT support environment
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Work well individually and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- Must have a California driver’s license and clean driving record
