Designer

DeepJudge is an AI-powered legaltech startup founded by three ex-Googlers and AI PhDs with the mission to empower legal teams to harness their internal data to make strategic decisions. With DeepJudge Search we are bringing SOTA information retrieval technology to internal document collections of large corporations, law firms, and government agencies. We are based in Zurich, Switzerland, but cater to clients all around the world.

We're seeking an experienced designer to take the lead in shaping DeepJudge’s design, including product and brand.

About the role:

As a product designer, you will create innovative software solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers' needs and expectations. Based in our Zürich office, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to bring ideas to life.

For now, you will be the sole designer, working independently and owning our design strategy and deliverables. With our rapid growth, this dynamic is expected to evolve significantly over the coming year—a transformation you will play a key role in shaping.

You’re a Great fit if you:

• Have strong expertise in UX & UI design, preferably for SaaS products.
• Comfortable with balancing product and marketing design needs, creating prototypes, and supporting rapid iteration cycles.
• Thrive on simplifying complex workflows into elegant solutions.
• Have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Understand web development basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Advanced knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies
• Great communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Bonus Points for:

• Skills in animation, video editing, or creating print materials.
