Job Description
 

Design Systems Lead – UX/UI - Full-time

What You Will Do:  

We are seeking an experienced design system lead who is passionate about maintaining design consistency and collaborating with development teams on intricate enterprise software. Your role will be to report to the AVP of Design and work alongside our design team in our design system, Hyperspace. Additionally, you will work with our UX Designer to improve and develop new patterns that can be used across multiple products. You will also work closely with designers and developers to guarantee that the design system is executed flawlessly.

What We Are Looking for:  

  • Manage, implement, and maintain consistency in the design system. 

  • Build components that are reusable, resizable and efficient for designers to implement.  

  • Work collaboratively with designers to quickly turn around component requests.  

  • Oversee design component submission and approval process and communicate updates with the enter design and development team.

  • Work closely with UX designer to determine modern, easy to use patterns and components.

  • Work closely with individual designers on pattern consistency  

  • Collaborate with product designers and developers to ensure 100% alignment and consistency in design and development 

  • Validate design components and prototypes before dev handoff 

  • Identify inconsistencies in design components, initiate and communicate changes to entire design and development teams 

  • Ensure smooth dev handoff and assist in any additional dev request 

  • Participate and lead design reviews to increase awareness of our design system, Hyperspace 

  • QA/review the coded version of the UI components with the developers 

  • Ensure 100% development alignment with designs through QA 

  • Work closely with developers to QA, provide direction and ensure 100% usability in build

Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey your ideas to fellow designers and developers effectively.

  • Expert in Figma and component management 

  • Expert in design systems such as Styled Components

Compensation Range

$134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection. The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
