Role Purpose
Perform 3D/2D Design in CATIA V5 /UG-NX for Thermal/HVAC/Cooling system components.
Analytical calculations like pressure drop etc

Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority:
2D and 3D CAD skills in Catia V5/NX (Parametric Modelling for Thermal/HVAC/Cooling system Strong in analytical calculations for pressure drop etc Knowledge in Top down & Bottom up Assembly, Skeleton Modelling, Drafting, Sheet metal Knowledge of creating BOM Structure in CAD. knowledge of PLM/Teamcenter/SAP Design of Thermal, HVAC, Cooling systems etc Hoses, pipes, connectors Selection/integration of FSS parts in HVAC system Prepare 3D/2D Assembly and Sub-assemblies of Transmission systems Understanding of GD&T and part tolerancing as per ASME
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Key Performance Indicators
Error free 3D design of for Thermal/HVAC/Cooling system Prepare manufacturing ready 2D Drawings with GD&T, tolerancing, etc On time delivery of tasks Prepare technical presentations to report progress periodically

Competency in AMESIM simulation modules, additional
Good understanding of GD&T, part manufacturing and tolerancing
PLM System experience - Teamcenter/SAP, etc
