Job Description
To support its growing needs, Louis Dreyfus Company has launched a global ERP program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus and based on SAP S4Hana solution. This ERP program covers the following supply chain processes:
- Procurement of non-commodities processes, supported by SAP MM connected to ARIBA solution and FIORI user interface.
- Commodities & non-commodities inventory management supported by SAP MM.
- Equipment repair & maintenance supported by SAP PM.
- Production Planning & Execution supported by SAP PP.
- Quality inspection process supported by SAP QM.
Job Description:
As a Solution Specialist, you join the Supply Chain team to deliver key Deploy activities into the Global solution and SAP S/4. You work under the responsibility of the Deploy Solution Manager.
In this role, your main focus will be on the following activities:
- Improving the core practices and documentation
- Performing the centralized roll-out activities:
- Following closely the capacity of the team and align with respective PMs
- Customizing
- Master data Load
- Transactional Data load
- Automation of Non-regression testing
- Resolving defects of non-regression testing
- Assess and execute new data object migration requirements
- Supply Chain service covers:
- Plant maintenance
- Commercial & Non-commercial Inventory
- Quality management
- Production Planning & Execution
- Procurement
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Good experience with data migrations and data load for supply chain objects
- Experience with SAP SD
- Understanding of Plant maintenance, Procurement, and Inventory management business processes
- Basic knowledge in at least one of the following SAP PM, PP, QM, MM
- Good knowledge of roll-out project phases, approach, phases & deliverables
- Good knowledge of support processes & organization
- Basic experience in SAP Fiori Migrate Your Data Application
- Basic experience with JIRA, ServiceNow & Solman
- Good knowledge of Office packages (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Other Skills:
- Know how to work on a project & steady state structure with multicultural teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Inclination to make improvements, and find new ideas, techniques, and procedures to enhance the quality or value of the solutions
- Quick learner with the ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team
- Great relationship building skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Good coordination skills
