We are currently seeking a Demo Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain demo datasets to allow Solutions Consultants to tailor BillingPlatform demonstrations to resonate with potential customers
- Design, create, and support internal tools for the Sales and Solutions Consultant teams to streamline the demo process
- Ensure the stability of demo environments through the development and execution of automated end-to-end testing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, and Product Marketing to optimize demo quality and reliability
- Document internal tools, processes, and workflows to promote efficiency and knowledge sharing across the team
- 2+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML/HTML5
- Strong experience in automation, scripting, and building test automation
- Ability to work effectively on tools that empower other teams and contribute meaningfully to the sales process
- Strong empathy for end-users, capable of viewing projects from the perspectives of both internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams with diverse stakeholders

- Language training for all team members - a professional ESL (English as a Second Language) program as part of the Learning & Development Strategy
- Ability to work fully remote
