About the Role:
Do you have a passion for supply chain management? Then join the Demand & Supply Planning team and take responsibility for innovative delivery and inventory planning to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Additionally, you will contribute to our success by focusing on continuous improvements in close collaboration with your team members, the Supply Chain Excellence team, and our suppliers.
Job Description
About your Tasks:
- Managing the demand and supply balance to maintain healthy inventory levels while maximizing supply availability for your portfolio.
- Handling the daily order process, supported by our planning tool.
- Monitoring and improving relevant supply chain KPIs.
- Tracking and communicating the status of critical supply disruptions.
- Promoting collaboration with other departments, such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, as well as with suppliers.
- Participating in end-to-end optimization projects.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German and English is required.
