2025 will be an important year for Equativ as a business and the UK entity will be a driving factor to success within the group. We are looking to hire a number of sales roles with varying levels of experience and expertise.


Equativ is a Global Ad Platform with an advanced suite of vertically integrated products designed to fulfill the needs of advertisers at scale. Our product offering ranges from Publisher AdServer, SSP, DSP, Curation platform and Media solutions.


The sales team will be focused on Equativ’s SSP, Media solutions and curation offering to drive revenue and growth through agencies across Northern Europe, with a focus on UK agencies. This will include emerging growing trends in the business such as CTV and Retail Media.

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive, diligent and energetic sales person with an established network of contacts within UK media agencies
  • The ability to build trust with your clients, solve problems and identify solutions. 
  • A solid understanding of how a media industry operates 
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success in a programmatic role.
  • Knowledge and an understanding of the value proposition provided programmatic media
  • Sales orientated and a hunter focused on identifying new business opportunities along with the ability to influence a change in buyer behaviour to increase revenue
  • Creative, open-minded and someone with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A keen interest in the key trends moving the industry forwards. (Such as CTV, Curation, Retail media)
  • Ability to Learn fast and act quickly

Your role will be to:

  • Build up, manage and execute a pipeline of new business 
  • Be an ambassador for Equativ within the UK media industry.
  • Be present with your clients at industry events and in meetings
  • Define target markets/verticals, lead generation processes, and pipelines. 
  • Document interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Securing and conducting on-site sales meetings with agencies and advertisers.
  • Running and overseeing the full sales lifecycle for your prospective and recurring clients
  • Liaise with our Client Services team to build custom campaigns for premium programmatic activity and support revenue growth.
  • Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace, Equativ products including the operations of the Equativ Buyer Connect curation platform.
  • Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible
  • To operate and grow business with UK based digital and CTV buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with local and central teams across the business to ensure the best outcomes for your campaigns from operations and account management to product and marketing.
  • You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact.
  • Grow awareness around our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the marketplace.
