Job Description
As part of the Vantiva Connected Home Global Supply Chain Operations department, we are looking for an Industry Operations Analyst who enjoys working in a challenging, ever-changing environment and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. A self-motivated individual who is proficient in collaborating with the Customer Unit and other stakeholders to deliver quality, high-accuracy data and reporting, drive tasks to completion on time, and support strategic priorities with a focus on team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the S&OP process with CU to establish consensus forecasts (including monthly turnover and what-if analysis)
- Analyze variations of multiple data such as sales, consensus, constrained, and management forecasts, sales order coverage. Propose the best scenario to drive the supply chain accordingly on weekly basis following the S&OP deadlines.
- Proposes weekly requirements (GOP) to meet consensus forecasts in budgets.
- Demand management (shipping request) as a key input for the back office to be used with our manufacturing partners such as ODM, OEM, etc.
- Master Data Management, Improved Automation of Supply Chain Tools
- Support for product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life, risk reduction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Support buffer stock programs (finished goods, ...)
- Generate key business outcomes around customer intimacy (internal and external), understanding market trends, and products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (like NPI/CDM/CU & CSR /SFT/ /Logistics/Finance) to ensure accurate exchange of business data (like quantity/revenue at planning horizon) during the products lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Planning or +5 years of professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data (from collection, analysis to outcome)
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency and deadlines
- A good command of Microsoft Office tools is required (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, etc.)
- Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is required
- SAP skills are not mandatory but are preferable
- Apics CPIM or CSCP certifications are an advantage as well as an understanding of Lean principles
- Comfortable in a remote and international teamwork environment; Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence internal direction
- Language(s): English required; French is an advantage
