Demand Planner
Key role for ensuring forecast accuracy and support driving company to the best direction towards financial results improvement. Being measured financially by Supply Chain Losses (FG old age); and, by planning KPIs: CFR (Case Fill Rate - Forecast impact), QFA/FA (Forecast Accuracy). Responsible for executing routines to ensure those KPIs delivery by applying Log.Os and KHMS processes steps. Continuously sustain & improve the demand planning & IBP cycles across functions, focusing on forecast accuracy, financial planning, liquidation, promo management & customer management.
Key Accountabilities
1 . Define and track S&OP and ITP calendar in collaboration with finance, supply and commercial teams.
2. Generate all data and reports for short-term demand meetings (Pacing review, Account Review, S&OP, Changes & availability).
3. Update and improve sales and loss tree historical data to improve statistical forecast.
4. Combine statistical forecast, promotional plan, commercial team insights, customer's inventory and sell out analysis, to generate final forecast numbers for the next 13 weeks.
5. Generate all demand/supply visibilities for long term demand meeting: PR, DR, RR and MR.
6. Convert the demand numbers into Source's input model (e.g. O9 for US).
7. Discontinued SKUs track, action plan and possible scenarios for FG.
8. Work together with the innovation team to activate the codes (new Sku's) in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Supply Chain Losses FG visibility and action plan track (Log.Os - Manage Losses).
10. Ensure the correct allocation and availability of shared forecasts AVR's.
11. Work together with the sales team to keep up to date (DOH, Safety stock, MOQ, Reorder Point) off the most important clients.
Knowledge & Experience
Background experience: 1-3 years
D egree in Industrial Engineering or similar
Spanish and English
SAP
Excel (advance desired)
BI Tools desired (Power BI and Tableau)
Stock management and production Plan desired
