Job Description
You will drive Kraft Heinz Business Management (KHBM) within the organization and expected to be e a focal point for long term forecasts and sales data (for capacity & strategic planning) and short terms forecasts to ensure availability of the right products in the right time at the right place. You will be the owner of the forecast accuracy (MAPE) and BIAS KPIS, in addition to being an enabler for materializing Top Line Revenue results.
What You'll Do:
• Lead the Sales and Operations planning (S&OP) cycle for the responsible cluster/region.• Forecasting - Review and improve In Market Sales forecast quality for multiple distributors in the region. Work Back Sell out to Sell in Forecasts using Stock Equation.• Work cross functionally with commercial finance, Trade marketing, Marketing and Sales to build forecasts towards aligned objectives.• Collaborate with Supply Planning at the factory level to identify Key Supply risks and develop suitable solutions and mitigation plans.• Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.• Follow and promote the company rules and regulations.• Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.• Schedule forecast review meetings with management on regular basis.• Maintain and Improve demand planning/S&OP, processes to improve forecast accuracy.• Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts & promotions.• Coordinate with Customer Logistics Team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels using Corrective and Preventive Action Plans.
What You bring:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management or International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain
  • 3 -5 years working experience
  • Demand Planning experience is a must
  • FMCG related experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Skillset, especially Excel is a must.
  • Previous Solid Experience with Statistical metrics, formulas and models is needed.
  • Supply Chain Certification is preferred.
