About the Job

As a Campaign Marketing Specialist at Xendit, you will play a crucial role in driving demand for our payment solutions. You will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to attract and convert potential customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in demand generation or field marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and the fintech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of our target audience and their needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in an Events Agency, startups or other fintech industry
  • An outstanding writer and write with conviction in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Vertical Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with regional objectives. Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify market opportunities, target audience, craft Go-To-Market and build more opportunities for sales
  • Create and implement effective lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques. Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and paid advertising to engage target audiences at different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI. Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and improve future campaigns

Field Marketing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry associations, partners.
  • Implement marketing programs such as conferences, webinars, and workshops to build opportunity
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and attendee registration.
  • Implement marketing programs with channel partners to increase product visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Generate leads and build brand awareness through field marketing activities.
  • Collect and analyze field marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
