JOIN OUR TEAM 👋

We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Associate based in NYC to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, optimize and manage marketing operations, and drive revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate is analytical — with experience using data to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and inform business decisions—as well as creative.

You will be a key member of the US Marketing team, reporting directly to the US Head of Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in the US and collaborate extensively with the Global Marketing team based in Paris.

MISSIONS 💪

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support paid acquisition campaigns: Provide local support for LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign ideation, creative brief development, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and execute targeted partnerships: Collaborate with our Senior Growth Marketer to design and implement sponsored webinars and other partnerships that align with our marketing goals.
  • Nurture leads with personalized email campaigns: Create targeted email nurture tracks and build workflows to drive engagement and accelerate lead-to-MQL conversions.

MarketingOps

  • Optimize CRM processes: Work closely with global MarOps and SalesOps teams to streamline lead management workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance lead scoring models.
  • Ensure efficient lead handoffs: Manage lead assignment processes for dedicated campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of leads to the sales team.

Business and Data Analysis

  • Provide data-driven insights: Develop and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize audience segmentation: Utilize data analysis to refine audience segmentation and improve targeting effectiveness across campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS 🎯

- At least 3 years of successful marketing experience in Demand Generation, Paid Acquisition, or MarketingOps, preferably within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

- Experience with Social and SEA ads (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is required.

- Proficiency in HubSpot is strongly recommended; experience with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus, given the majority of our growth will be through sales revenue (not self-served).
