What You'll Bring:
Key Tasks:
- Expert in translating business requirements into technical use cases and data flows that will be implemented.
- Develop and action on project plans that align customer timelines with internal resources..
- Assist project managers in the architecture, planning, and governance of implementing projects
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to explain your work in plain language and mentor/train customers on deployed solutions.
- Be a self-starter and be able to work in a team of employees with different disciplines in a fast-paced sprint development environment.
- Establish strong client relationships by understanding the account strategy to enhance technical (and tactical) efforts further
- Serve as a single point of contact to help drive projects from start to finish.
- Be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Understand the competitive landscape and articulate the Neustar value proposition through your everyday client communication
- Deliver market feedback from customers to product/engineering
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications/Education Requirement:
- Familiarity with project management theory.
- Strong organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of web services and query/response API’s is a plus.
- 2+ year experience and knowledge implementing common API communication including but not limited to JSON, REST, SOAP, GET, POST, authentication methods and transport layer encryption. Ability to leverage common developer tools such as POSTMAN and SOAPUI.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills as it relates to the data industry.
- Provide deployment support to Transunion's vast portfolio of business customers.
- Develop product expertise in order to successfully support a client's use of relevant Transunion products.
- Drive innovation by solving customer's unique challenges, streamlining project deployment and drive revenue recognition.
- Gain experience in a fast-paced data driven B2B environment.
