We are seeking a Delivery Architect to join our Technology Organization. As a part of the Delivery Architecture team, you will work with our Enterprise customers to integrate our products into their environment. In partnership with a Delivery manager, you are responsible for getting a customer onboarded quickly and effectively. You’ll need integration design skills, familiarity with authentication mechanisms, and a solution-oriented mind to be effective in this role.
What you’ll do
- Partner with our Enterprise customer’s Technology and CX teams to implement and integrate our products
- Design and document technical & integration requirements, to make our products successful in a Customer’s environment
- Configure ASAPP’s products, in partnership with our Delivery Management & Engineering teams
- Act as a subject matter expert on ASAPP’s Products & integration protocols, both internally and externally
- Collaborate with our Go to Market, Product, Engineering & Research teams to meet our Customer’s goals
What you’ll need
- At least 5-7 years of experience in collaborative, relevant environments
- Experience with API integration, development, documentation (Swagger, WSDL, etc…)
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS
- Experience working directly with technical partners across all integration points
- Experience in any major programming language (Javascript/Typescript, Golang, Python, etc)
- Experience in multi-developer/engineer environments using Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in designing PCI/PII data transport and storage
- Excellent presentation skills for exhibiting both business-oriented solutions as well as advanced technical concepts
- Experience with technical process creation, documentation, and improvement
What we’d like to see
- Advanced cloud technology experience (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Formation, Terraform, EC2, IAM, S3, etc.)
- SSO and Identity Management integration experience
- Enterprise networking architecture design and troubleshooting
- Experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, LLMs
- Experience working with telecommunications contact center solutions. Ideally across multiple vendors (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc…) and a variety of architectures
- Understanding of CTI events and SIP/SIPREC protocol
- Experience with telephony integrations using FreeSwitch, OpenSIPS, RTPengine
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards
