Job Description
As part of Accounts Payable team you will support the primary mission of ensuring accurate disbursement of payments to Rockwell vendors that is compliant with regulatory requirements, and Rockwell procedures.
You will support Global Finance Operations' mission by commitment to provide world class process, which is efficient, reliable and delivered.
We are looking for aAccounts Payable Debit Balance Analyst to our team in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing debit balance report on a monthly basis;
- Cooperating with company partners and suppliers in order to resolve debit balances occurring on accounts;
- Preparing AP metrics on a monthly basis: Paid on Time, Booked, DPO, Prepayment, and Open PO;
- Ensuring proper company policies and procedures are being followed;
- Identifying and reporting process related issues and implementing potential process improvements;
- Supporting colleagues and carrying out tasks related to the backup structure;
- Performing other related duties as assigned and ad hoc activities.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 1-2 year experience in a Shared Services and international environment is an asset, especially in Accounts Payable area;
- Polish and English language knowledge
- Very good skills in Excel (can perform complex functions),
- Knowledge of SAP system;
- Practical knowledge of Power BI and/or VBA will be an asset;
- Ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment;
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent);
