The Role
Metropolis is seeking a Deal Operations Lead to apply strong analytical and financial modeling skills to solve complex GTM challenges and use data to drive solutions across the revenue organization. This individual will be responsible for generating insights to inform strategic decision-making in the sales process. You will be a part of our Revenue Operations Organization, report to our Head of Deal Operations, and work directly with our SVPs of Sales to provide support and up-level their GTM efforts.

 

 
Responsibilities

  • Apply data insights to develop and expand underwriting models to drive GTM strategies for sales leaders.
  • Extract and quantify the impact of Metropolis technology to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with sales and operations leaders to inform best practices for underwriting and managing assets.
  • Analyze and stress test potential macro and micro impacts to asset performance.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses related to revenue generation.
  • Use GTM insights to inform cross functional collaboration to inform strategic decision making throughout the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support the company’s growth and competitiveness.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Seasoned professional with a strong background in revenue operations, analytics,
  • investing, management consulting, or related fields, ideally with 3-5+ years of experience.
  • Progressive experience and comfort across data and analytics areas including data
  • modeling and transformation across multiple data sources with leading data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.
