Weave's Deal Desk team is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, white-glove experience for customers while serving as a crucial quality control link between Sales and Onboarding. Deal Desk Analysts at Weave develop specialized skills in interdepartmental communication, attention to detail, and setting clear customer expectations to proactively support customer success. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring new customers are well-prepared for their onboarding experience.

This position will work a hybrid environment with in-office days 3 days a week.

This role reports to: Manager of Deal Desk.
What You Will Own
-
Ensuring the Customer has a seamless experience and transition from Sales to Onboarding.

Act as quality assurance for sales to ensure all deals moving forward are qualified and prepared customers.

Following team processes to ensure clients success.

Work as a business partner with Sales and Onboarding to triage escalated customers.

Collaborating with other departments in the organization.

Work on projects and initiatives as needed.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

Bachelor's degree OR at least two years of related experience required.

1 year of outbound sales or customer facing experience.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
