We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior DB Administration Specialist to join our team at IT Operation & Control Room Factory. In this role, you will directly report to the Manager.
What You'll Do:

You will be instrumental in supporting both project-based and operational tasks;

You will focus on database installation, upgrades, administration, and performance tuning.

Oversee the installation, upgrades, and ongoing management of databases;
-
Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and efficiency;
-
Provide expert database administration in both project-driven and operational contexts;
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability.
Who You Are:
-
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to work independently;

You possess a strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS on Linux platforms and OCI;
-
You are highly skilled in database administration and are comfortable managing multiple databases simultaneously;
-
You have flexibility, teamwork abilities, and a proactive attitude;
-
You are passionate for innovation and automation in database management;
-
You have strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving;
-
You are proficient in Italian and English both written and spoken.
