We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Datasphere SAP Developer to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Datasphere solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data visualization solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAC

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all SAP Datasphere implementations

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Datasphere and SAC

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

What You'll Need

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP development, with at least 3-5 years specifically in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes

• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP tools

• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP data management solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud

• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA

• Any additional SAP certifications related to data management and analytics are a plus

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
