Required Minimum 3 years experience as DB2 DBA in an IBM z OS environment Working knowledge of Mainframe MVS , DB2 for z OS, WINDOWS Operating systems, SQL, CICS and JCL. Batch operations and MVS architectures Preferred Skills DB2 v11 or higher in a z OS environment Understanding of a database management tools e.g. Performance monitor, schedulers, e.g. CONTROL M R O T DB2 Query Monitor for zOS DB2 SQL Performance Analyser OPTIM query Workload Tuner DB2 Administrator Tool for zOS DB2 for zOS DB2 Log Analysis Tool for zOS QMF for Workstation QMF for zOS CICS DBUG Tool TMON IDZ SQL and or Rexx coding to automate routing tasks.
