Empowering Server Options Product Management

Join our dynamic team to shape the future of data-driven decision-making! In this high-impact role, you’ll develop insightful visualizations, conduct deep analytics, and drive strategic projects that support 20+ product managers overseeing a $7B server component business. Your work will uncover trends, optimize portfolio decisions, and enhance the way we manage a complex ecosystem of product options. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the collection, organization, and management of data to power tools that support product management decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain master data sets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability for analytics.

  • Enhance and optimize existing datasets to improve insights and drive strategic decision-making for the product management team.

  • Support key initiatives such as Mainstream product offerings, forecasting processes, and end-of-life (EOL) planning.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and portfolio management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and optimization through data analysis and visualization.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or a related role, preferably in the technology or product management space.

  • Strong technical understanding of data structures, industry trends, and server component ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that empower decision-makers.

  • Expertise in financial performance metrics, cost-efficient solution building, and strategic data analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros and automation, with strong skills in Access.

  • Experience with programming and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to streamline data processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

USD Annual Salary: $101,900.00 - $234,500.00
