What you'll do:

  • Monitor and maintain the data environment (dashboards, data pipelines and ml-models).
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests for our data offerings.
  • Provide technical support across the company.
  • Troubleshoot data problems, diagnosing and solving them.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain our Data Operations Services.
  • Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving our data operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role in IT.
  • Experience developing data assets and data products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience dealing with SLA and solving bugs process.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and data frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Databricks and Unity Catalog.
  • Azure Data Factory or similar.
  • Apache Airflow.
  • Python.
  • Experience with DataOps.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar.
  • Experience with Mongo (or Cosmos DB).

Nice to Have:

  • Snowflake.
  • NewRelic.
  • PySpark.
  • SQL.
  • Familiarity with AWS environment.
