Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and maintain the data environment (dashboards, data pipelines and ml-models).
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests for our data offerings.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Troubleshoot data problems, diagnosing and solving them.
- Implement, manage, and maintain our Data Operations Services.
- Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving our data operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role in IT.
- Experience developing data assets and data products.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with SLA and solving bugs process.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL and data frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English.

- Familiarity with Jira or similar.

- PySpark.
- SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS environment.
