About the role:
Are you passionate about data quality and governance? As a Data Steward, you will play an important role in our Master Data processes under Global Business Services. You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of master data requests from various stakeholders, supporting a seamless and efficient transition to this new way of working. Your work will help maintain high standards in our master data platform, ensuring timely processing and adherence to governance requirements.

What you will do:

Manage and oversee master data requests from various stakeholders.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of master data requests.

Process master data requests in a timely manner as per the master data platform design.

Ensure compliance with established data governance standards and maintain high-quality standards for master data requests.

Assist stakeholders with the creation or maintenance of master data.

Interface with other GBS organizations and external teams to secure timely resolution of issues and identify improvements.

Contribute to process improvement projects and provide input to centrally led initiatives.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Costumer Service, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems, supply chain, customer service, accounts receivable, or a similar role.

Knowledge of SAP MDG and SAP S4/Hana; experience with SAP C4/Hana is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a commitment to quality.
