The Data Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing application-related data to ensure data accuracy. The scope of this job includes analyzing, designing, and presenting data for better decision making, and utilizing technical expertise to support our client's data updates and questions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain databases with a strong understanding of tools and systems.
- Analyze and maintain quality by proactively addressing issues like corrupted data.
- Assist in creating more detailed reports, including key performance indicators and metrics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients to support data uploads and updates.
- Independently document procedures to provide clarity for others.
- Analyze inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Experience with MS Suite, especially Excel
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
