About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. Job Scope:
- Candidate needs to be knowledgeable in data analysis and interested in operations management, document management and virtual knowledge-space construction. Candidates with a working knowledge of the biopharma environment are preferred.
- Responsible for the use of data science methods in the management of departmental resources including physical inventory, the purchasing and tracking of lab materials, and other consumables
- Helps with providing data set to help management make operational, administrative and HR decisions such as the data visualization, retrieval and the tracking of training records.
- Serves as the liaison between Quality, and EHS department and various production groups, responsible for departmental document management and distribution; responsible for departmental safety and quality inspections and gathering feedback
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to the smooth running of the department
Job requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Cell biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedicine and other related majors
- Good experimental habits, ability to process and analyze data and solve problems, and strong execution skills
- Proficiency in operating MS Office suite software
- Knowledge of quality as it pertains to a manufacturing setting
- Mastery of the relevant rules and regulations involved in the position
Commitment Period: Full-time, able to commit 5 months and above (May 2025 Intake)
