• The Data Science Consultant bridges the gap between data science and business needs, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies. This role requires strong analytical problem-solving, business engagement, and communication skills to drive decision-making.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Preferred: MBA or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Experience:
• 6-8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business consulting.
• Proven experience interacting with business stakeholders and driving data-driven projects.
• Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
• Key Skills:
• Strategic Business Engagement:
• Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Translating business needs into actionable analytics projects.
• Customer Analytics:
• Experience analysing customer lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and loyalty program performance.
• Expertise in understanding dine-in, delivery, and digital ordering patterns.
• Menu & Pricing Optimization:
• Experience developing models for dynamic pricing, menu performance analysis, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to improve customer satisfaction.
• Strong Communication & Storytelling:

• Analytical Problem-Solving:
• Advanced problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions. Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.
