At Data Driven Partners, we understand the importance of relationships. Being answer-seekers and solution-finders, we developed Lending Leads, a one-of-a-kind relationship-based prospecting tool for commercial and residential lenders, compliance staff, and financial institution leaders.

The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data across various systems and platforms. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues, implement corrective actions, and develop processes to maintain high data standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Assessment: Conduct regular data quality assessments to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Detect, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Data Cleaning: Implement data cleaning processes to ensure data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Process Improvement: Develop and recommend best practices and processes for data management and quality control.
• Collaboration: Work with the data quality team, programmers, and business leaders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality aligns with business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain standardized documentation of data quality issues, resolutions, processes, and best practices.
• Reporting: Generate and present data quality reports to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
• Ability to work remotely
• Access to high-speed internet
• Equipment needed - Computer and monitors

• Superior analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving data quality issues.
• High level of proficiency in Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex subject matter clearly and concisely to all team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
• Detail-orientated with strong organization.
