This person is responsible for understanding and transcribing accurate information containing sensitive personal data into the Equifax Compliance Data Center (CDC) database.
To deliver quality results, ensure timely project completion and superior customer service.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to determine project requirements
- Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to customer
- Maintain complete and accurate client and project information
- Perform other administrative tasks
What experience you need
- High English reading comprehension skills B2+ minimum
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) 6 months minimun experience.
- Knowledge of google sheets 6 months minimun experience.
- Fluent and client facing English language skills both oral and written B2+ minimum
