As a member of Global People Services, this team is responsible for delivering top quality experiences to associates, managers and the broader HR organization. The team is an integral part of the enterprise and enables the organization to move smoothly. Global People Services are vital consultants for employees and business leaders when they have any questions or concerns about HR-related programs, policies or procedures. The global team facilitates critical employee lifecycle transactions in a seamless way. From on-boarding new hires into the company, to coordinating global mobility and working closely with external vendors, the focus is simple: to provide a stellar level of support to our associates and business partners.
What You'll Bring:
We are seeking an HR Analyst to act as point of contact for HR inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees, leaders and other HR teams. The role executes processes, deliver results, and conducts day-to-day operations. This role empowers to support and perform activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 2 years relevant professional experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with HR case management systems and Workday.
- A curious and positive mind that thrives in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English.
- This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Impact You'll Make:
- Case Management: Provide the best employee experience by executing cases and responding to employees queries according to the internal policies and procedures as well as the country/regions regulations.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders for regional/global initiatives and projects.
- Workday data administration: ensure the workday system tasks and transactions are completed in a timely and quality manner.
- Documentation and process improvement: Recognize and communicate trends/issues in interactions and provide insights that supports documentation of the processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform HR Service operations tasks: This includes, but is not limited to: tracking, investigating, analyzing, organizing, and auditing various HR processes.
