On the Data Operations Team our goal is to directly impact curriculum effectiveness, accreditation readiness, student affairs initiatives, and program demand forecasting; ensuring that Campus delivers an outstanding educational experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst, Academic & Student Affairs who will play a key role in leveraging data to optimize academic performance, enhance faculty support, and improve student engagement. This role requires a mix of data expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to drive data-driven improvements in academic success and student affairs programming.

  • Analyze class performance trends to identify areas for curriculum improvement
  • Develop insights to support faculty and academic leadership in enhancing learning outcomes
  • Track student engagement and retention patterns to inform proactive interventions
  • Provide accurate data reporting and insights for external evaluations
  • Build performance tracking dashboards for Student Affairs programs, measuring event attendance, student engagement, and program impact
  • Develop segmentation models to understand student motivation and optimize student engagement initiatives
  • Analyze enrollment trends and market demand to forecast the popularity of different degree programs
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to guide program expansion and marketing efforts
  • Partner with academic leadership, faculty, and student affairs teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies. Train teams on how to use data tools and insights to enhance decision-making
  • Stay ahead of trends in educational technology, academic analytics, and student success strategies
  • Identify and implement new tools and methodologies to advance Campus’s academic and student engagement efforts

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven role within academic affairs, or education technology, or a related field, with a proven track record in data analytics, operations, or academic program support
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • You possess outstanding communication skills, are capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical team members
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues, develop solutions, and drive critical initiatives forward
  • You are agile and adaptable, able to swiftly navigate changes and lead teams through evolving educational landscapes and technological advancements
  • You are committed to personal and professional growth, constantly seeking new knowledge and staying abreast of the latest trends in educational technology
  • You are innovative and creative in approach, using data-driven methods to develop and implement scalable, efficient solutions that enhance student acquisition and engagement
  • You are skilled in applying systematic and quantitative methods to analyze and improve workflows, tools, and processes, ensuring robust and sustainable tech integrations

What you’ll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($90,000 - $100,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
