The Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for the health of Facilities related Configuration Items (C.I.’s) for all QTS locations in Europe and the integration of various data streams across multiple platforms (such as CMMS, Service Now, Salesforce, etc.).

The Data Integrity Analyst will ensure accurate reporting and identify systematic issues within systems. If issues are identified Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for auditing information in accordance with current ticketing methods.

Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

  • Assists with requests to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Use statistical methods to collect and analyze data needed for decision making.

  • Extract and use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and consumer population.

  • Identify and recommend new ways to streamlining business processes.

  • Proactively investigates data accuracy trends; recommends alternate data sources to improve business metrics to improve the customer experience.

  • Work with other departments including management to create a prioritized list of needs for each business unit

  • Ensure accuracy of critical information.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

  • One or more years of professional experience in finance, business analysis and/or operations.

  • Basic understanding of data center equipment and function.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience working in a data center environment or other relevant critical process environment.

  • Proficient in fundamentals of ServiceNow.

  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.

  • Use organizational skills to determine prioritization and appropriate multitasking.

  • Focus on scope, tone, and quality of processes and their respective documentation, as well as the associated goals, priorities, deadlines, and weaknesses.

  • Perform necessary and timely follow-up, escalating appropriately if necessary.

  • Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.

  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization.

  • Ability to work independently, with supervision, on a project of varying complexity.

  • Actively invests in growing yourself and others to build the talent and capabilities required for sustained success.

Total Rewards:

  • 25 days' holiday per year, in addition to the Dutch national holidays

  • Access to a lease car program on completion of probation period (including the option for private use), or a travel allowance of €0.23 per KM tax free for commuting between home and work

  • A 5% pension contribution calculated on gross monthly salary

  • Reimbursement up to €5,250 gross per calendar year for professional development training
