UPM Raflatac is looking for a Data Entry - Supervisor in Sentura, Mexico who will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the Customer Service I Team.
Data Entry - Supervisor will help build the internal network of collaboration within the Customer Service Team in the Americas and will work with Customer Service leadership to ensure desired administrative tasks are assigned to the CSI Team.

What you will do

Ensure the CSI Team are meeting all KPIs
-
Create a safe learning environment where mistakes are shared and learned from all the team to prevent future occurrences – Root Cause Analysis (RCA) champion

Ensure fair and evenly distributed workload throughout the CSI Team
-
Ensure all orders are entered in the time specified by customer segment (Key, Preferred and Regular)
-
Attain order accuracy as specified by customer segment and/or manager
-
Keep the occupancy/ utilization rate of the team above 85%
-
Monitor and ensure backlog of work does not exceed 5% of total orders
Who you are

3+ years of leadership experience role preferred
-
Curiosity to learn and teach knowledge of the business including supply chain, sales, and company products.

Interest in digitalization and how to continuously improve.

Experience working with international parties preferred.

Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks.

Desire to work in a high demand environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and be a team player

Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook required.

Database and/or SalesForce experience preferred but not required
