📋 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Data Engineering Team: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and processes.
- Data Infrastructure & Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize robust data infrastructure and pipelines that handle large volumes of data.
- High-Quality Code: Write high-performance, reusable, and clean code, prioritizing reliability and efficiency.
- Scalable Data Solutions: Develop and maintain large-scale data solutions that support business needs and drive insights.
- Collaboration & Standards: Work closely with other teams, ensuring data engineering standards are followed and improved.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 7 years in data engineering, with strong team leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Big Data Proficiency: Expertise with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Programming Knowledge: Experience with .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Distributed Systems: Knowledge of distributed data systems, OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Git.
- Effective Communication: Strong command of technical English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Domain Experience: Experience with payment and financial systems is preferred.
- Innovative Mindset: Interest in open-source libraries and a commitment to bringing new ideas to the team.
