We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in SQL Server, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and expertise in data pipeline development, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can design, implement, and manage data integration processes, optimize data storage solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Work with SQL Server databases to create and optimize queries and stored procedures for data extraction and transformation.

• Develop, manage, and optimize data warehouses to ensure they support reporting, analytics, and business needs.

• Create and manage data pipelines to enable efficient data processing and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the design of scalable, high-performance data solutions.

• Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of databases and data pipelines.

• Provide ongoing support for data integration systems, ensuring high availability and seamless performance.

• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices for data management, ETL processes, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and Data Warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience in data modeling and database design.

• Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow automation tools.

• Experience with business intelligence tools like SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

• Ability to create optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with additional BI tools and technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with data lake architecture or big data processing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark.

• Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in SQL Server, data integration, and BI/reporting technologies.
