About the Team
The team you'll be part of is maintaining infrastructure that moves data between data stores and recommends tools for the organization to use.
It’s a team of Software engineers focusing on operating a data platform, and offering a set of tools for Data Scientists to select then maintain them.

- Experience with designing scalable, robust data platforms is a plus.

What you Bring
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data infrastructure, or a related role, ideally in a cloud-based environment.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines and data platforms
- Proficiency with data transformation and processing frameworks (e.g., dbt, SQLMesh, PySpark)
- Experience in ETL processes and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend)
- Experience evaluating and implementing tools that enhance data science capabilities (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, data cataloging tools)
- Experience with NoSQL data stores (e.g., graph, document, etc.)
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or C# .NET)
- Familiarity with data warehousing
- Experience with ML serving is a plus
- You often come up with new ideas to solve complex problems.
- You want your work to have an impact: rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine.
- You are used to work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists or engineers
- You can communicate fluently in English.
