Main responsibilities include monitoring, investigation, documentation and remediation of alerts within the analytical environments. Identify controls, gaps, and weaknesses for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. It will also recommend and implement improvements for departmental processes.
What you’ll do
- Conduct internal control review and monitoring for proper roles based access and usage of enterprise data assets in analytical environments.
- Collaborate with the team regarding elements of data governance audit and compliance programs including remediation
- Identify controls and potential control gaps and weaknesses for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Support and assist the documentation of observations, recommendations and management response plans in written reports to Management.
- Responsible for maintaining central repository and loading, monitoring, and closing observations, recommendations
- Regular access audit, review and certification - Regular data retention audits and remediation action plans
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering (Completed)
- English Proficiency (B2+ / Rosetta Stone)
- 1-2 years Compliance work related
- 6+ months of experience with Google Cloud
- 6+ months of experience in Data security, information security, data governance background
