What you’ll do

You will be responsible for nurturing ongoing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of services for assigned accounts.

Serving as the primary point of contact, you will address all aspects of service delivery and champion client satisfaction daily.

Implement a new backlog format with separate onboarding and ticket reporting while managing backlog requests and ensuring report accuracy through updates.

Monthly data analysis will be crucial for understanding backlog performance trends.

Your vigilance will ensure the consistent and expected performance of critical systems
-
You will handle client requests efficiently, including account setups and file loads.

By analyzing reported issues, you will proactively identify opportunities to refine and improve current processes.
What experience you need
-
1-2 years experience in advanced Excel or Google Sheets (80% passing score)

1-2 years of experience in data analysis.

English level B2/C1
What could set you apart

Advanced Excel Certification
-
Possesses advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated expertise in complex formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF), PivotTables, and automation through Macros.

Ability to effectively manage and analyze large datasets (50,000+ rows and multiple columns) to extract meaningful insights.

Experience in SFDC (SalesForce) or any other onboarding tool.

Familiarity with service management platforms, preferably ServiceNow.

Strong analytical skills and ability to dig into details to understand where errors occurring
