At DXC Spain we are looking for a Data Business partner to join our great team of Consulting.
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Business Partner to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data strategy, business, and data architecture, as well as extensive experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in roles related to data strategy, business analysis, and data architecture.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL, and other reporting and data visualization tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments and hierarchical levels.
- High level of Spanish and English.
Tasks:

Data Strategy: Develop and execute data strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of data and analytics.
- Data Architecture: Design and maintain data architecture to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create and manage advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Project Management: Lead data projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of reporting and data analysis tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in data management and reporting processes.
