What You'll Do:
As a Data Architect, you will lead the development of a comprehensive and scalable enterprise data architecture for ChemTreat, enabling efficient data management, integration, and business intelligence.
You’ll drive data innovation through Azure technologies, ensuring robust data governance, security, and compliance—all while supporting our mission to safeguard vital water resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Design & Integration:
- Lead data consolidation and integration efforts across platforms (e.g., OTM, EDI, BankFabric).
- Create high-level design documents and evaluate new data solutions for integration.
- Data Implementation:
- Define and execute data migration strategies with robust quality assurance.
- Support application development and upgrades while managing risk effectively.
- Data Governance & Stability:
- Establish data governance policies and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and privacy laws globally.
- Hands-On Support:
- Troubleshoot data imports and optimize system functionality.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve data challenges and streamline processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in IT, with a focus on Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database).
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, data lakes, and BI development.
- Knowledge of SQL and programming languages like Python, Java, or PHP.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and a background in application development or systems engineering.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
