Summary of This Role

  • Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions

  • Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design

  • Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems

  • Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues

  • Designing and developing metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions.

  • Build new reports and modify existing ones

  • Will maintain ITSM dashboards; including troubleshooting and resolving dashboard report issues

  • Collaborate with support teams to automate reporting; host information gathering sessions with end users to collect requirements for new reports

  • Responsible for prioritizing, planning and executing multiple projects to support a variety of stakeholders

  • Drive reporting automation initiatives

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ITIL driven organization:

  • 1-2 years of applicable work experience in a similar role or working with reporting and data analysis

  • 1-2 years of experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • 2 years experience using business intelligence reporting tools

  • Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools

  • Experience with Tableau, Crystal Reports, Excel, and Google Sheets

  • Demonstrated ability in excellent communication skills to include written and oral with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
