Your role at Exness:
We are currently looking to hire a Data & Analytics Manager who will lead cross-functional data & analytics team focused on delivering best-in-class insights and BI/ML/DS solutions for direct marketing and CRM automation.
You will:
- Lead a cross-functional data & analytics team (up to 10 employees).
- Monitor the team performance and evaluate progress against goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and continuous feedback on individual performance and professional development to team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members encouraging transparency and honesty and ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Cascade company-wide and division-wide strategy and information to the team and ensure visibility of valuable results & insights to the organization.
- Own & develop the data & insights strategy for CRM Marketing and collaborate with other senior team members to drive forward the execution.
- Showcase technical leadership in data-related tools and languages.
- Understand deeply the business model and processes of the stakeholder(-s) of the team, their strategic goals, and pain points.
- Understand the underlying data ecosystem and integrations.
- Understand CRM marketing channels landscape and related metrics / KPIs and reports.
- Be a leader in experimentation and A/B testing and different testing methodologies and measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution).
- Lead data analytics initiatives, overseeing the collection, analysis, reporting and visualization of business-critical data.
- Oversee larger scale and more advanced analytical projects/tasks (including predictive modelling and ML) and proactively suggest improvements and new methodologies.
- Own and drive business results of the analytics team, and key performance indicators (KPIs) shared with the stakeholders.
- Manage team backlog and priorities according to the business needs of the stakeholder (-s) of the team.
- Maintain quality control on insights and data queries.
- Constantly analyze respective product/business metrics and search for growth points through the improvement of algorithms, models, dashboards.
- Champion operational efficiency improvements on projects and internal initiatives and consistently drive projects to completion.
- Implement and control the execution of Data Management processes within the team; lead adoption of Data Management processes on the stakeholders' side.
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role/ industry it could be considered as an advantage
- Experience within fin-tech sector, forex / trading / betting considered a plus
- Strong experience in the technological stack (BI, DA, DS, ML)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to different audiences.
- English level: B2 or higher (fluent).
- Ability to solve problems effectively using critical thinking, creativity, and data analysis.
- Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines.
- Ability to positively influence team members and communicate openly
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve goals and support team members to improve their performance.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, be open to new ideas, and be flexible in the approach to problem-solving
