Team Description

Are you passionate about using data and cutting-edge technologies to make a real difference? Our team works at the heart of Sabre's Data & Analytics division, leveraging data to uncover trends, drive decisions, and transform how businesses operate. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, exploring key tools like SQL, Python, and other first-class data analytics platforms while working within the powerful Google Cloud Platform (GCP) framework. Additionally, you'll gain exposure to emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence (AI), learning how they can be applied to solve complex problems, automate processes, and unlock new insights. This role is your gateway to discovering how data and AI can reshape industries, enhance user experiences, and deliver meaningful impact. Role and Responsibilities

What will you achieve?

  • Assist in analyzing, cleaning, and preparing datasets for actionable insights using SQL and Python.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Collaborate with team members to build data visualizations and reports using first-class data analytics platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and debug data workflows, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Support automation tasks, streamlining processes and improving team efficiency.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and solution design discussions within the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma/certificate in Software Engineering, Software Development, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Understanding of Python programming language.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Interest in or theoretical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with or an eagerness to learn about data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for clear communication and collaboration.

The internship period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It is a part-time modality, with a daily commitment of 6 hours.
