Data Analyst

Join us at Colleen AI (Entrata Israel) and play a critical role in transforming property management through data-driven insights and solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with teams across the organization to design, implement, and maintain impactful dashboards that empower internal teams and enhance the experience for our external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards that uncover crucial insights and KPIs, both external and internal facing. 
• Become the go-to expert for the company's most valuable asset: DATA
• Collaborate with teams across the company to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver tailored data visualization solutions for internal and external use
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and improve operational decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of all company analytics by validating data and continuously refining visualization approaches
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data processes and provide recommendations for improving business performance through data insights

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in data analysis and visualization
• Proven experience in working with MongoDB, with a solid understanding of querying and managing large datasets
• Hands-on experience with a dashboarding framework (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool).Python skills (preferred) for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences
• A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work across teams and adapt to changing priorities
